RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The return policy of Lucca Biennale Cartasia does not affect your rights under the law and your right of withdrawal. If you return the item in accordance with the instructions outlined here, you will be entitled to receive a refund for the price paid for the returned product (excluding shipping costs incurred). However, if you purchase as a "consumer" and decide to withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery of the products, you will be refunded, in addition to the price paid for the purchase of the product, the shipping costs related to the most economical shipping method offered by Lucca Biennale Cartasia (Lubica) incurred to receive the product.

For national returns, any return shipping costs start from EUR 4. Please note that return costs may vary based on the quantity, size, and weight of the items. 

**Note:** We will issue a refund for a product shipped by Lucca Biennale Cartasia (Lubica) within a maximum of 14 days and confirm it with an automated email. You can see the refund in your bank account or on your credit card statement within a maximum of 7 working days from the issuance of the refund. In certain circumstances, the refund times may be longer. To return an item in accordance with Lucca Biennale Cartasia’s policy, you must inform us within the timeframes mentioned above. If you need assistance, you can contact us. 

You are required to return the products within 30 days from the date of the return label creation. Any return shipping costs for items sent back to Lucca Biennale Cartasia, as shown during the return process, are your responsibility. 

**Note:** Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. Items purchased as new must be returned intact, unused, and undamaged. 

**RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can still choose to return the item without having to provide any reason, within 14 calendar days of its delivery (or from the delivery of the last item, in the case of separate deliveries). 

In addition to your rights under the law, items purchased on luccabiennalecartasia.com (except for large products and products listed on this page for which the right of withdrawal is excluded by law) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For more information, please see Our Return Policies.

**REFUNDS**

When you return an item, the amount of the refund and the method of issuance may vary depending on whether the return is made under the legal guarantee of conformity or because you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal (canceling the order within 14 or 30 calendar days from delivery) and based on the payment method used to make the purchase. 

**RETURN AN ITEM**

By visiting My Orders, you can return an item sold and shipped by Amazon within 30 days from the date of delivery, according to the return policy of Lucca Biennale Cartasia. You can return an item in the following cases:

- If you reconsidered your purchase.

- If the purchased item was delivered damaged, defective, different from what you ordered, or not compliant with the sales contract.

After 30 days from delivery, to get warranty assistance for items sold by Lucca Biennale Cartasia, please contact our Customer Service.

To return an item you ordered:

1. Go to My Orders.

2. Select the order and choose Return or replace items.

3. Select the item you wish to return and choose an option from the Return reason menu.

4. Choose how to process your return from the available options.

5. Select your preferred return method.

6. Print the return labels and authorization.

7. Pack the item securely, following the instructions included in the return label.

You can check the status of a return or refund in My Orders by selecting View return/refund status next to the relevant order.
