Stefanie Herr is originally from Frankfurt, but now lives and works in Barcelona. She is a visual artist who is well known for her photographic sculptures in relief. Over the past few years, she has created artworks made exclusively with white paper or cardboard, the result of long and laborious manual production processes. Herr’s work is based on visualizing data like maps, graphs et cetera, which require complex and precise calculations.
